Hello Kitty Enlisted to Embarrass Thai Cops
Cute is the new punishment in Thailand. From the Dallas News:
Police officers caught [violating misdemeanor rules] will be forced to stay in the division office and wear the [Hello Kitty] armband all day, said Police Col. Pongpat Chayaphan. The striking armband features Hello Kitty sitting atop two hearts.
