Change a $40 Wii Remote into a $2,000 Interactive Whiteboard

Over at TED, Johnny Lee demonstrates how, with the right computer software and a projector, to change a Nintendo Wii Remote into a kick-ass, multi-touch interactive whiteboard. And, almost as a throw-away idea, he also shows a new kind of 3D display that I hope catches on soon (Steve Jobs, I’m looking at you)

David C. Lovelace has created a version of rock, paper, scissors with 101 different symbols and 5,050 different combinations. Amazingly, the what-beats-what rules still make sense even with all the different possibilities. It’s really a thing of beauty to behold.
